The information is made exclusively for this Site, therefore PM FASHION assumes no responsibility for the other websites that may be consulted through hyperlinks on the site itself.
Users, using this Site, accept this policy and are therefore invited to view it before providing personal information of any kind.

Categories of personal data

a. Navigation data
The it systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by their very nature could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This data category includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (good, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment.

c. Data acquired on the occasion of the use of the services

The Data Controller may also acquire some personal data that can be reported to the user on the occasion of the use of the services offered by PM FASHION through the reserved area of the Site.

These data concern: name, surname, date of birth, residence address, shipping address, home phone number, mobile phone number, personal email address and all the data provided if requested billing.

The data relating to the credit card (card number, holder, expiry date, security codes) will be acquired by the payment service provider who will act as an independent data controller. This data will be acquired in encrypted format and in accordance with the security requirements of industry certifications.

The provision of some data necessary for the management of the contractual relationship can be considered optional, while it is mandatory to provide the data necessary to comply with the administrative, legal or tax obligations and obligations inherent in your purchases. Data retention period and duration of processing

Your Personal Data will be processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. In particular, Personal Data concerning your personal data will be processed:

• if purchases are made on the Site, for a maximum period of ten years from the conclusion of the contract;

• if no purchase is made, for a maximum period of 24 months for direct marketing purposes, and for a maximum period of 12 months for profiling purposes (in respect of the provision of the Privacy Guarantor of February 24, 2005).

PM Fashion S.r.l. will instead keep the Log and IP Files for the longest limitation period among those required by law for online fraud.

• request and obtain the deletion – and/or limitation of the processing – of your personal data in the case of unnecessary – or no longer necessary – data or information for the purposes preceding, then after the retention period indicated in the previous paragraph.

In particular, these are the rights recognized pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) pursuant to art. 15 – "Right of access of the data subject", 16 – "Right of rectification", 17 – "Right to cancellation", 18 – "Right of limitation to processing", 20 – "Right to data portability" within the limits and conditions provided for in art. It is for the national parliament to rule on The Rules of Procedure, in the light of Rule 12.
